Ohmstead

Sheet 1 · System overview · Zones A1–D8

Wiring drawings.
Typed, not drawn.

Type From → To in a grid. Ohmstead lays out the schematic, routes every wire, builds the terminal strips and prints an 11×17 drawing set with a wire schedule.

General notes

  1. Type the run. One row per wire: PSU1:+24V → ES1:11. An unknown tag asks which Codex part it is.
  2. Shape the panel. Group parts into subsystems, set each one's signal flow, drag blocks where they live in the enclosure.
  3. Fix the warnings. Fan-outs become terminal strips in one click. Cables that don't mate are flagged before you print.
  4. Print it. ANSI B sheets with zone grid, title block, subsystem detail sheets and the full wire schedule.
  5. All dimensions are in wires. Do not scale drawing.
